After a tour of the shaolin ZEN.org website, Buddha Zhen will lead the weekly podcast through the "BUDDHISM BASICS" written by Buddha Zhen to educate his children and Tai Chi Chuan students in Zen Buddhism.
Shaolin Zen is an American sect of Chinese Chan Buddhism that originated from the Shaolin Temple on Mt. Songshan when Bodhidharma created Zen Buddhism with martial arts in the 6th Century that evolved into modern day Kung Fu.
